Product & Colours may have slight variations than the actual product owing to the handmade nature of the product and lighting used in the photoshoot sessions.
Eligibility for Returns
A product can be returned only if:
1. The wrong item was shipped or the product doesn’t match your order.
2. There’s a marked visual or manufacturing defect.
3. The product arrives damaged.
Return Process
1. Raise a Request:

2. Share Details:
Email or WhatsApp clear images/videos of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item) along with your order details.
3. Quality Check:
Our team will review your request and notify you of the status within 2-3 business days weather you are eligible for a return or exchange.
4. Reverse Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup. The product will reach our warehouse in 7-10 business days.
5. Refund:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.
